Vertical Tour: The Cathedral of St. John the Divine

Finally had a chance to check out the upper regions of The Cathedral of St. John the Divine. Peeling back the layers on this mysterious edifice is always one of my favorite hobbies. Today I learned about the number 7 and its continued appearance throughout the icons of the Church. Its height is 124ft. 1+2+4=7. Seven is the number of God and is specifically related to Revelations as relates to the 7 Churches, 7 Candles and 7 letter name of God (El Shaddhi).
