Juneteenth

Harlem loves a parade. This is the only explanation for the surreal Ruff Riders Juneteenth Parade. I kinda dug it, but I can see how it might drive others a bit mad. Anyway, enough snark, here's the scene.

J, that is saddest parade I've ever seen. Sadder than the African American Day Parade.
