Harlem Rat
As progress continues on the Aloft site, some carpenters are upset about the use of non-union labor on this job. All politics aside, the rat is kinda cool, although in these tough times, Unions have to be flexible if they are to survive.

You will find the same type of mix of workers down the road from 113th to 115th. And your right, not much of African-Americans. Always enjoy your photos!
