Harlem loves a parade. This is the only explanation for the surreal Ruff Riders Juneteenth Parade. I kinda dug it, but I can see how it might drive others a bit mad. Anyway, enough snark, here's the scene.

Just when its controversial status as an unwelcome symbol of gentrification had finally died, the Harlem Smart Car gets the last word in.

Seriously, its like half the size of that El Dorado!
